Nick has managed and owner various cooperage businesses as well as being involved in a variety of wine production roles, both in Australian and internationally. He is an award winning wine maker.

Son of a Scottish immigrant and an 8th generation South Australian, Nick is the driving force behind the genesis and commercialisation of Nebb Whisky Barrels. Nick is a keen student of all things oak, wine and whisky.

His knowledge of both the Australian, Scottish and Irish cask market is world class. Backed by his awesome team, Nick has a vision and the drive to take Whisky production to another level.
