From vineyard to distillery, sourced and inspected with care
NEBB Red wine oak barrels are carefully sourced from top wineries across South Australia and Victoria, where they have been used for 5 to 10 years to age premium Shiraz and Cabernet wines.
After freshly emptying the wine barrels, we immediately prepare them for whisky aging. Our process ensures the vibrant wine-soaked characteristics are preserved and ready to enhance your whisky’s maturation process.
